Annelise Yang, LMFT,  is from Washington state, though she grew up in Southern California, and now proudly calls Hawai’i her home. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Psychology from Chapman University and received her Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University.

Annelise offers sessions for adults, couples, and families. She has experience working with those who have or who are currently experiencing loss, grief, relational or familial issues, as well as those who are seeking personal growth, issues with self-worth or self-esteem, and help for depression, or anxiety.

Life can throw us some curveballs that can really make us feel like we’re stuck with no way out. Annelise believes that with some guidance and work, that “stuck” feeling can change. By using a mix of techniques from Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, Strategic, Solution-Focused, and Structural, she believes she can help her clients achieve their goals and grow as individuals in both their relationships and in life.

Annelise will be accepting the following insurances: HMSA, HMAA, and UHA. Please call the office at 808-387-4355 to check her availability. Mahalo!
