MEET LENA

Lena obtained her Masters of Social Work from the University of Hawai’i, at Manoa and has been practicing professionally for over 20 years. She has worked in behavioral health in a variety of community settings on Oahu including The Queen’s Medical Center, the Windward Oahu Community Mental Health Center, and most recently with the provision of Medicaid services throughout the state.

Lena has also practiced overseas in Sydney, Australia where she developed and implemented a program for children and adolescents to receive behavioral health care in Western Sydney.

​

She has experience in counseling individuals and couples, especially those dealing with depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship issues.  Her specialty is working with women and couples dealing with fertility issues.

Lena, and her family reside in Kaneohe with their two spoiled dogs, and four pet chickens.
