MEET LINDSEY

Lindsey is originally from North Carolina and now calls Hawaii home after 27 years of moving around the world as a military spouse. Her life experiences have shaped a deep understanding of transition, resilience, and the importance of meaningful connection.

​     She is currently a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Liberty University and will begin her practicum this fall as she works toward becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Lindsey also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Liberty University and brings experience as a lay counselor, where she provided support and guidance from a compassionate, Christ-centered perspective.

​     Lindsey’s counseling approach is primarily Solution-Focused, helping individuals identify their strengths and take purposeful steps toward growth. She is also expanding her skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which equips clients to recognize and reframe unhelpful thought patterns. Additionally, she is trained in Prepare/Enrich, a research-based program that supports couples in improving communication, resolving conflict, and deepening their emotional and spiritual connection.

​     Above all, Lindsey strives to create a safe, supportive environment where people feel seen, heard, and valued. She is passionate about walking alongside individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges, helping them discover hope, healing, and renewed purpose.
