Natasha carries a deeply compassionate and cross-cultural perspective that has been shaped by her unique background. After spending her early childhood in Oregon, she moved to Nairobi, Kenya for her teen years, thus developing an early appreciation for diverse human experiences.
After earning a Master of Arts in Counseling from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon, she worked at a non-profit agency in Portland, providing family counseling. For the past 12 years, she has served as a school-based therapist with the Department of Education in Honolulu, supporting youth through complex behavioral, emotional, and relational dynamics. She has worked as a licensed Mental Health Therapist and a Nationally Certified Counselor since 2016. Guided by a heart for restoration and grace, Natasha provides a safe space where clients can process life’s challenges, heal past wounds, and grow toward emotional and spiritual wholeness. She works with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, addictions, and relational challenges.
To further enrich her therapeutic work, she is currently pursuing a Certification in Internal Family Systems (IFS), and is excited to share this evidence-based model with clients. She deeply resonates with the IFS framework which suggests that everyone has been created with the innate capacity to heal their wounded parts. Whether navigating life transitions, relational strain, or personal identity, she considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients on this journey we call LIFE.
Natasha accepts HMSA, HMAA and UHA. She can be reached at nwoodward.paradigm@gmail.com. Please call our office at 808-387-4355 to schedule an appointment with her.
